Saskatchewan Invites 299 Express Entry Candidates Through PNP Draw

The Saskatchewan government invited 299 Express Entry candidates to apply for Canadian PR through its latest PNP draw.

The province invited candidates from the International Skilled Worker (ISW) category through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). 

PNP Draw Requirements

The candidates invited in this draw needed a minimum Expression of Interest score of 70. Moreover, they needed to have prior work experience in any of the 70 occupations in-demand in the province.

The invited candidates all had work experience in one of these occupations. This draw's common eligible occupations were geological engineers, wholesale and retail buyers, and medical administrative assistants.

Saskatchewan EOI Score

The SINP uses the Expression of Interest system to select candidates best suited to their regional labour market's needs. It awards the candidates a score out of 100 based on the ISW Points Assessment Grid.

Candidates that score the highest are then invited to apply for a nomination from the province.

Express Entry Sub-Category

In the recent draw, the province only invited candidates who had registered with Express Entry System.

Express Entry applicants who receive a nomination get 600 additional points to their CRS score and are sure to receive an ITA in the next draw.
