On August 30, 2023, Ontario issued invitations to apply under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Ontario PNP is known as the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

The OINP Masters Graduate stream offers a way to permanently settle in Ontario. The pathway is for international graduates who have a master’s degree from Ontario. To be eligible, your master’s must be from any of the 30 recognized educational institutions in Ontario.
