443 Express Entry Candidates Invited in the New Ontario PNP Draw

The 443 Express Entry candidates invited in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) had work experience in nine targeted occupations. 

Apart from the work experience, these candidates needed CRS scores between 469 - 477 points. Express Entry candidates now have a chance to apply for Ontario PNP. 

These candidates may now be eligible for the Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream. Successful candidates will also be awarded 600 CRS points and assured to receive an Invitation to Apply for Canada PR in subsequent Express Entry draws.

The Human Capital Priorities Stream in Ontario

This is an enhanced Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). It allows OINP to nominate applicants for permanent residency from the Express Entry pool. 

Candidates should, however, meet the eligibility criteria for Federal High Skilled Programs like: 

• The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) 
• Or The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

The Human Capital Priorities Stream candidates in Ontario do not require a job offer in Canada. But they will have to meet certain work experience requirements. It could either be Canadian work experience or international work experience.
