German Embassy Will Open Visa Appointment Slot Via VFS Global From November 2022

German Embassy will open visa appointment slots from November 1, 2022. Indian students can apply via VFS Global.

There is a long appointment waitlist for the winter semester of 2022. Thus, the embassy or consulates will not be able to verify who possesses a valid admission from a German University. As a result, the embassy requests only the students with mandatory documents to register for a visa appointment.

Indian students should get their academic records accessed by Academic Evaluation Center (APS). It is mandatory for students to get authenticity certificates for valid visa appointments.

The embassy said that the APS certificate is one of the mandatory documents for German student visa applicants. APS accepts the assessment applications from October 1, 2022.

The embassy also added, “in order to accelerate student admission and visa processing, the German Embassy introduces the APS, attached to the Science Section of this Embassy”

Students can visit www.aps-india.de for more information. You can apply for an APS certificate from October 1 and book your visa appointment through VFS post obtaining the APS certificate. It follows with accepting the appointments from November 1.
