Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Results in October 2020

Canada’s PNPs offer numerous opportunities to a wide section of immigration candidates from all over the world.

There are 2 Types of Provincial Nomination Streams: 

  • Enhanced Nomination Streams linked to Express Entry
  • Base Nomination Streams not linked to Express Entry

The Enhanced Nomination Stream:

These streams allow provinces to nominate candidates for three main economic categories.

A total of 9 provinces and 2 territories take part in the PNP have Enhanced Nomination Streams.

There were more than 10 draws held last month by Canadian provinces and territories.

Total invitation rounds of Canadian PNPs in October resulted in around 3,000 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for permanent residence across the country.

Canada’s PNP admission targets for 2021 have been set in the plan at 80,800. This number is also expected to increase every year to follow.
