STEM-only Express Entry draws are held by IRCC under category-based selection introduced in May 2023. With the latest round, 14 category-based draws have been held so far. Under the Express Entry STEM draws eligibility requirements, you must have at least six months full-time and continuous work experience. The experience must be in any one of the 24 STEM occupations. The work experience could have been working in Canada or overseas.
