On February 14, 2024, Canada held the year’s first Express Entry category-based draw for healthcare professionals. Express Entry Draw #284 had 3,500 invitations to apply sent out. The minimum ranking score targeted was that of CRS 422. A tie-breaking rule of January 30, 2024 at 02:39:54 UTC was applied.
Every draw under the Express Entry system has a specific criteria laid down by the Canadian government. The criteria is announced at the time of the draw.

Note that during the period of the work experience, you must have performed a substantial number of the “main duties” for that occupation as in Canada’s NOC. Additionally, all of the essential duties must have been performed by you.
Moreover, the actions done by you must be according to the lead statement for that particular occupation as in the occupational description in NOC of Canada.
