Canada Express Entry Latest Program-Specific Draw Invites 1,499

Published on : June 20, 2024

Those invited had been nominated by a province/territory under Canada's Provincial Nominee Program.

On June 19, 2024, the Canadian government invited another 1,499 to apply for permanent residency. The invitations were sent out through the Express Entry system, a flagship application management system. Launched in 2015, there have been 298 Express Entry draws so far.

The latest draw under Express Entry of Canada was on June 19, 2024 at 14:37:26 UTC. Invitations went out to Express Entry candidates with a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) nomination. As a PNP nomination in itself is worth CRS 600, the minimum required score was that of CRS 663. Without adding the CRS points for a nomination, the human capital factors score of the candidate would have been only 63.

What is the Provincial Nominee Program?

Canadian PNP is a route to Canadian PR visa for applicants selected by a province or territory other than Quebec or Nunavut. The PNP of Canada is specifically designed for enabling the provinces/territories in Canada to get newcomers that have -
