British Columbia invites 452 PNP Candidates in Third Largest Draw

On Wednesday, the Canadian province of British Columbia invited 452 immigration candidates in two separate draws to apply for a provincial nomination. 

Invitation Categories

BC issued the Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to immigration candidates from the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EE BC) streams.

Under the Skills Immigration stream, the invitations were issued to candidates under the Skilled Worker, International Graduate and Entry Level & Semi-Skilled categories.

Under the Express Entry BC stream, BC invited candidates from the Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories. 

Separate Draws

The invitations were issued to the candidates in two separate draws.

The first was a general draw which invited 420 candidates with a different cut-off score under each category.

The second draw was focused on two specific occupation codes - NOC 0621 for retail and wholesale managers and NOC 0631 for restaurant and foodservice managers. 

Candidates from all categories had the same cut-off score of 113 points.

The province also invited 11 candidates from the Entrepreneur Immigration stream.
