The BC PNP’s Tech Pilot Draw, launched in 2017, is a quick immigration pathway for skilled professionals in the technology sectors to live and work in the province.
The candidates can be either skilled workers or graduates who have the skills that are currently in demand in British Columbia’s labour market.
To be considered for this, the candidates must register their profile in any of the province’s immigration streams.
Moreover, they had to have a valid job offer of at least one year in any of the 29 eligible tech occupations in the Tech Pilot Draw.
Express Entry BC is an enhanced stream of British Columbia PNP that connects with the federal Express Entry System.
It is an accelerated way for skilled professionals to settle in the province permanently.
